       As we known, this is one of major job duty for the Office and sometimes for the class teacher. We have to discuss with the School Management and modify the flow chart.

Electronic Money – PPS.

       We help the user to apply a account in PPS and then create a sub-module as a window for the user to interface the record from PPS. All the records clearly show out one by one with date time and balance.

        In order to much more efficient. We developed this part for the user to define a group payment for specify student. (Whole School, Specify form or Specify Class….).

       Remarks: We define all the transaction with a pay day and deadline. User can reminder the target student by GROUP E-MAIL. On the pay day the system will update the record and debit the regarding account. For the situation of the account is not up to the balance then the system will remind the class teacher. User can found out the paid list and not paid list within a second.

         Cash or pay upon the office is also very easy. User locate a specify student by their Smart Card and the system will show all the payable items in specify area. The preset discount show in a specify fields.

A Journal report can be print out in the Revenue Module.
